reggie login [--did <did>]
Without --did, Reggie either uses your existing config or mints a free
Sprout identity (a fresh HMR backed by no Sigil bond).
With --did, Reggie pairs the given identity by exchanging a challenge
with the registry. The registry verifies the signature against the
DID's published key.
